    We have been leasing and managing rental property since 1989. We have a full time staff to make sure that your customers are satisfied.   2. You sell & we lease.
    Many sales agents do not want, or are not set up, to provide all the services required to lease a property. But they know the property owner can't afford to have a vacant home for a long period of time. They contact Worth Ross Management Co. (WRM) to market the property for lease while they market the property for sale. Should the property sell the leasing and management agreement with WRM is terminated. If the property is leased the agent receives a referral fee from WRM and knows when the client is ready to place the property back on the market, the referring agent will receive a call from WRM. We are not your competitor.
     
  3. We pay referral fees.
    Selling to investors? Have a property you know will not sell? How about a property the owner that "can't afford" to sell. When you refer us an Owner, we pay you a fee, and when the client is ready to place the property on the market, the referring agent will receive a call from WRM. We are not your competitor.
     
  4. We will manage your rental inventory.
    Many agents manage rentals because they feel they must in order to provide full service to their customers. Now you don't. We will take over your inventory of rentals, pay you a fee, give your customers great service, and you get the property back when the owner is ready to sell.
