If you are a resident looking for a great home there are several reasons you should spend time on our website as well as information you should know about your landlord before you sign your next lease. As a resident of a Worth Ross Management Co. property we make the following commitments:

  • We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and take our Code of Ethics seriously.
  • You will always be treated with respect and in accordance with the Fair Housing Laws. Our residents are valued customers. We want you to be a happy resident in our property for a long, long time.
  • The property you lease from us and the services we provide for you will be a good value for your rental money.
  • The property you lease from us will be clean and in good condition.
  • We will provide a move-in inspection form for completion upon your move-in. This protects you from being held responsible for any pre-existing flaws or inconsistencies with the property.
  • Your lease will be executed and explained to you in detail by one of our agents. Any questions you have will be fully answered. Remember that our agents are not attorneys so if you have a legal question you should consult your attorney.

Your Lease is a Legally Binding Agreement

  • We will provide mailing labels to assist you in getting your rent to our office on time.
  • We will provide a 24 hour emergency maintenance phone number to reach a member of our staff should you need to do so after normal business hours.
  • You will be able to request maintenance for your home through various methods: via the web, e-mail, fax (214-528-6889), calling and speaking directly to a staff member during business hours, or leaving a voice mail after hours.
  • We will do our best to send a service technician to your home the day you request malignance if it is early in the day.
  • We will provide a tenant newsletter every other month to keep you informed of issues relating to your housing.
  • When it comes time to leave us, we will provide a move-out form and will treat you fairly when returning your security deposit.
  • We will quickly provide a true and accurate reference on your tenancy to future landlords or mortgage companies.
